Report on Felicitation Function of IAS Candidates by Amritanshu

The felicitation function for OBC successful candidates of UP and Bihar in Civil Services Examination-09 was organized by OBS STATE FEDERATION in Amrapali hall, Hotel Clarks at Varnasi on 24 July 2010.

Formal inauguration was done by lighting the lamp before Lord Buddha.Ashok Anand delivered a note over the function. Ravindra Ram welcomed the guest and dignitaries . Function was presided by the Vice Chancellor of Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, PadmaSri Prof. G. N.Samten. Other dignitaries are K.N.Singh Yadav, Former Member of Parliament, Dr. M.P.Ahirwar, a member of UP higher education service commission. The Chief Guest of the function was Sri Paras Nath Maurya, The Chairman of State Commission of Backward Classes,UP. Chief Speaker of the function was G.Karunanidhy, General Secretary of All India OBC Federation, Dr. Babu Ram Nishad, Former Chairman of National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation,GoI, Prof. Chauthi Ram Yadav, a noted writer and Hindi Critic and laurit.

Ravindra Ram, President of All India Union Bank OBC Employees Welfare Association, delivered welcome address. In his address Mr. Ram told that the All India Federation has established its state units in various parts of India and always doing a very important role for the welfare of Backward Classes. Even we can say that any kind of development if it is been in existence and witnessed by the people of the backward community, the role of federation is there and a lot of efforts is being initiated by the General Secretary G. Karunanidhy.

Amritanshu, convener secretary of the UP-state federation, presented key note address before the audience. In his address he told in detail the activities of the state federation done by last four years. He also made the audience aware with the development activities for OBCs initiated by G.Karunanidhy and V.Hanumant Rao, honorable MP, convener of parliamentary forum of OBC MPs.

The Chief guest, Chairman-SCBC-UP, Paras Nath Maurya congratulate all the successful candidates and told them to always remember their responsibility towards the deprived class and the soil from where they came. Dr. Baburam Nishad, Dr. M.P.Ahirwar, Dr. Chauthiram Yadav and Kailash Nath Yadav conveyed their massage to the people. They acknowledged the fruitful result of the reservation policy obtained after a long struggle. However still today most of the recommendations of Mandal Commission are not implemented. We hope in the coming days all the recommendations will implement.

The chief speaker G.Karunanidhy delivered the actual share of OBCs people in Govt. Jobs and presented the data. Regarding caste based census, he also emphasized the issue and told that it is a genuine demand of the people. Further he told, “In Judiciary also our representation is in decimal. We have also invited the kind attention of Honorable Prime Minister of India the redress the issue and implement the reservation in Judiciary”. He congratulate all the successful candidates for their better future.

The Chairperson of the function, Vice chancellor Padma Sri Prof G.N.Samten told that the field of administrative services are decisive and challenging. Each of selected candidates has a task to do for the betterment of the society and establish a healthy and harmonious society.

The filicitation function for the candidates of UP & Bihar who have been seleceted in Civil Services Examination -09 is conducted in Varanasi on 24th July 10.

The chief speaker was Sri G. Karunanidhy, the General Secretary of AIF(OBC)EWA. Other Dignitaries are Dr. Chaudhi Ram Yadav, a retired prof. of BHU, Dr. M.P.Ahirwar, a member of UP higher education service commission, Sri Kailash Nath Yadav, Honorable MP, Dr. Babu Ram Nishad, former chairman of Backward Classes Fin. Dev. Cor. of India.

हिन्‍दी यूनिकोड का प्रयोग

यूनिकोड - कम्‍प्‍यूटर पर भारतीय भाषाओं के लिए वरदान है. आज मैंने पहली बार नेट पर सीधे तरीके से हिन्‍दी में अपनी बातें लिख रहा हॅूं. यह इतना आसान है, इसे मैं नहीं जानता था. जीवन में प्रयोगधर्मी होना आवश्‍यक है. शायद यदि यह प्रयोग की ललक मेरे मन में नहीं होती तो हिन्‍दी यूनिकोड के बारे में या उसके प्रयोग के बारे में मैं नहीं जान पाता.

अब मैं नेट पर ऑन लाईन प्रतिदिन की डायरी, मित्रों को संदेश, ई-मेल सीधे में लिख कर भेज सकता हॅूं. जो कोई भी मेरे ब्‍लॉग को देख रहा हो या पढ़ रहा हो, वे सभी हिन्‍दी यूनिकोड के प्रयोग को जानते होंगे , ऐसा मेरा विश्‍वास है.
