The filicitation function for the candidates of UP & Bihar who have been seleceted in Civil Services Examination -09 is conducted in Varanasi on 24th July 10.
The Chairperson of the function was PadmaSri Prof. G.N.Samten, the Vice Chancellor of CUTS, Sarnath, Varanasi and the Chief Guest was Sri Paras Nath Maurya, the Chairman of State Commission of Backward Classes, UP. The chief speaker was Sri G. Karunanidhy, the General Secretary of AIF(OBC)EWA. Other Dignitaries are Dr. Chaudhi Ram Yadav, a retired prof. of BHU, Dr. M.P.Ahirwar, a member of UP higher education service commission, Sri Kailash Nath Yadav, Honorable MP, Dr. Babu Ram Nishad, former chairman of Backward Classes Fin. Dev. Cor. of India.
